She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Travis and Beulah Mae Travis; her sister Carole Penix; her aunt Ima Jo; and her uncles, Odham and Reed Bailey.
She is survived by: her niece Scottie Burchfield; her great-niece Brandie Bordies (Damien William); her aunt Frances Bailey; her cousins, Deborah Jennings (Tom), Matthew Jennings (Emily), Lucas Jennings (Lauren), Thomas Jennings, Sharlene Strahl (Jim), Alex Strahl (Brittany), Nick Strahl and Jeff Bailey; and also, Alyssa Bordies, Damien M. Bordies, Harper and Townes. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Billie requested that memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
