He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Smith Hall, Sr. and Nannie Kate King Hall; and his wife Beulah E. Lane Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Etta Jane Williams of Lebanon and Irvin Hall (Mary) of Gray; his nephew Matthew Hall of Gray; his niece Jane McKinnis of Lebanon; and his stepchildren, Edward Lane of Clover, SC and Kathy Garber of Gray.
