He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carter; his children, Paul Carter, David Carter (Pam Holloway) and Barbra Green (Carter); his grandchildren, Jessica Webb (Jarad), Elizabeth Reeder (Colby), Kasey Green, Katherine Thompson (Josh) and Emily Carter; his great grandchildren, Raegan Adcock, Dixon Webb and Caroline Reeder; his nephew Randall; his nieces, Kay Waller, Darlene Brown, Margaret and Head; and his cousin Feller Brown.
