Thelma Gilliam Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 87, Thelma Gilliam of Grandview, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelma S. Teffer and Ester Jolley Teffer; and her husband Herbert "Gene" Gilliam. She is survived by: her sons, Alfred Gilliam (Joyce) of Grandview, Jerry Gilliam of Grandview, Tommy Gilliam (Connie) of Grandview and Jimmy Gilliam (Karen) of Grandview. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 25, 2021 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Vaughn Funeral Home Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Thelma's memory to Johnson Stand Cemetery for its continued upkeep, c/o Jimmy Gilliam 2715 Burdette Rd, Grandview, TN 37337.
