He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Neal and Rosie Webb Neal; and his wife Rosie Neal. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Neal (Misty) of Grandview, TN, Ray Neal of Grandview, TN, Jerry Neal (Wilma Sue) of Grandview, TN, Charles Neal (Sonya) of Grandview, TN and Randall Neal (PJ) of Grandview, TN; and his siblings, James Neal of Spring City, TN and JoAnn Bishop of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
