He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Scroggins; his daughters, Melinda Morgan (James) of Grandview and Patricia Hubbard (Jason) of Crossville; his grandsons, Tony Tuttle (Melissa) of Crossville, Jamie Morgan (Angel) of Crossville and Chris Moore of Crossville; his great grandchildren, Ella Tuttle, Oliver, Braxton and Oaklynne Morgan; and his sisters, Arlie Suarez of Crossville, Dorothy Matthews of Byrdstown and Sue Winningham of Byrdstown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
