He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Clark and Barbara Baldwin Clark; and his siblings, Doug, Sam, Jason Clark, Carol Henry and Leona Monday.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Clark (Angelia) of Choctaw, Donnie Clark of Dayton, Danny Clark of Grandview, Tennessee, Brooke Crabtree (Travis) of Grandview and Martha Klinedinst (Mike) of Crossville, Tennessee; his siblings, Roberta Reed (Terry) of Grandview, Alison Clark of Grandview, April Thompson of Grandview, Janie Yearwood (Marvin) of Dayton, Tennessee, Mackie Mills (Don) of Dayton, Tennessee, Dooley Clark of Spring City, Curt Clark of Spring City and Troy Clark of Grandview, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Dakota Clark (Bridgette), Joshua, Hayden, Camdyn Crabtree, Thomas and John James.
