She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herman James and Una Lee Lawrence James; and her husband Howard Cecil Ballard. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Kelley (Jon) of Pea Ridge, TN.; and her brother William James (Vicky) of Lebanon, TN..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home (71 E Main St, Gordonsville, TN 38563). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorials be made to St. Jude.
