She was predeceased by: her parents, Othel Carr and Levola Anderson Carr; and her siblings, Jean Mackie, Hilda Maxwell, Ann Neely, Margaret Thomas, Tincy Strahin, Becky Maynard, Jimmy, Jerry, Bobby, Marty and Mike Carr.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Douglas (Randy) of Grant, TN; her daughters, Donna Jones (Garry) of Brush Creek, TN and Lori Douglas of Lebanon, TN; her granddaughters, Brittany Lankford (Jordan) of Willette, TN, Brook Jennings (Christian) of Sarasota, FL and Brandy Massey of Gainesboro, TN; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Douglas of Sarasota, FL, Remington of Sarasota, FL, Elli Jennings of Sarasota, FL, Colynn of Willette, TN, Lane of Willette, TN and Clay Lankford of Willette, TN; and her sister Jan Greene of Gordonsville, TN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
