He is survived by: his wife Rita Stephens; his sons, Jeffery Stephens (Kim) and Dirk Stephens (Margaret); and his grandchildren, Zachary Stephens, Ryan Stephens, Eric Campbell, Ashley Sandidge, Brittany Campbell, Melissa Ramlow, Naomi Willman, Ricky Ross and Kenny Ramlow.
The family has requested memorials to Putnam County Senior Center and Rock Steady Boxing.
