He is survived by: his wife Judy Bowman of Gordonsville; his children, Amy Phillips (Dustin) of Gordonsville and Josh Bowman of Gordonsville; his sister Pamela Whitehead of DeKalb County; his grandchildren, Grayson and Lella Jean Phillips of Gordonsville; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Flickinger of DeKalb County and Robert Luna of Smithville.
