With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maryanna Lawrence (Gordonsville, Tennessee), who passed away on February 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Clemon Gibbs and Edna Mae Ashley Gibbs; her husband Kenneth Irvin Lawrence; and her son Mark Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Chris Lawrence (Justina) of Lebanon, TN and Phillip Lawrence of Gordonsville, TN.; her daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Lawrence of New Middleton, TN.; and her grandchildren, Ken Lawrence (Janae), April Burress (Teddy), Aaron Lawrence (Stephanie), Lori Beth Ramey (Eric) and Eric Lawrence.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home (71 E Main St, Gordonsville, TN 38563). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the Lawrence family requests memorials be made to Gordonsville Church of Christ or Compassionate Hands Ministries in Lebanon, TN.
