She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Ammons (Andrew) of Gordonsville, TN, Charles Cook, Jr. of Ohio, Michael Cook (Rebecca) of Iowa and Christopher Cook, Sr. (Cindy) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Nicole Armistead (Dustin), Julie Ammons, Christopher Cook, Jr. and Alex Cook; and her great grandchildren, Arya Armistead and Sylas Armistead.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home (71 E Main St, Gordonsville, TN 38563). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
