He was predeceased by: his significant other Betty Sue Williams (Hicks); his parents, Huse Williams and Hattie Bell Williams (Malicoat); his siblings, Marie Davis, Thelma Ayers, William Williams (Bill), Colleen Wright and Edward Williams (Red); and his daughters, Sandy Woods (Gordon) and Tracey Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Leslie Williams (Vicki), Christopher Williams (Keisha), Elaine Clemmons (Brian) and Rachel Williams.
