He is survived by: his parent Nettie Jackson Williams Barrett; his spouse Peggie Hesson; and his children, Cindy Law (Franky) of Gordonsville, TN, James K. Barrett, Jr (Mary) of Gordonsville, TN and Lisa Null of West Virginia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
