He is survived by: his children, Terry Fitzpatrick of Austin, KY, Jeff Fitzpatrick (Melissa) of Cookeville, TN and Jacqueline Judd of Mt. Juliet, TN.; his grandchildren, Amanda Lee DeMeo (David), Selene Tinsley (Jonathan), Blake Gregory Fitzpatrick (Ashlie), Bethany Nabors (Blake), Megan Rogers (Shane), Crissiana Fitzpatrick, Jesse Judd (Jessica) and Audra Irwin (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Jillian, Liam, Solomon, Jordan, Rebekah, Irelynn, Joshua and Alexander; his sister Jean Apple of Chestnut Mound, TN.; and his sister-in-law Willene Fitzpatrick of Oak Ridge, TN..
