He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy C. Agee, Sr and Hettie Lucille Gwaltney Agee; and his son Dan Oliver Agee. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Agee of Gordonsville, TN.; his daughter Celia Stein (Morton) of Franklin, TN.; his grandchildren, Matt Stein (Dana), Jake Stein (Rhea Reeves), Amanda Dillehay (Tommy) and Daniel Agee; his great grandchildren, Jonah Stein (Sarah Creasy), Maura Stein and Kelsi Davis (Dylan); and his great great grandchild Ryder Stein.
