He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie V. Allison and Lou Nell Thomas Allison; his son Stacey Allison; his brother Daryle Allison; and his brother-in-law Jerry Carmack.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kay Martin Allison; his stepchildren, Brian Bennett (Shelby) of Cookeville and Katie Bennett of Carthage; his daughters, Bridgett Goff of Cookeville and Rhiannon Allison of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Camden Bennett, Caleb, Cassidy Goff, Austin and Angeline Peet; and his siblings, Herbert Allison (Patsy) of Baxter and Roxanne Carmack of Hilham.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, social distancing will be observed.
