He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebecca Paige Williams (Becky Roo); his siblings, Walter Williams Jr. (Bug), Ralph Williams and Margaret Maxwell; his brothers-in-law, Terry Kemp and J. C. Maxwell; his nephew Pete Williams; and his great-niece Charity Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashlee; his son-in-law Jason Sells; and his siblings, James Williams (Neal) of Maggart, TN, Eugene Williams (Connie) of Gordonsville, TN, Melvin Williams (Shirley) of Hickman, TN, Janie Cowan (Glenn) of Chestnut Mound, TN, Benny Williams (Lee Ann) of Elmwood, TN, Faye Woodard (Gary) of Elmwood, TN, Denise Kemp of Defeated, TN and Annette Marshall (Mike) of Dixon Springs, TN.
