He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Jean Stevens and Clifford Phillips; his brother-in-law Bruce Rader; his wife Anita Phillips of Crawford, TN.; his children, Dustin Phillips (Amy) of Gordonsville, TN and Rebecca Watkins (Heath) of Gordonsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Phillip Watkins, Grayson Phillips and Lella Phillips; his siblings, Joyce Whited, Angie Othan, Tim Phillips (Jan), Connie Dickens and Melissa Taylor (Jessie); his parents-in-law, Leon and Ruby Rader of Lebanon, TN.; and his friends, Vince, Debbie Martin, Scott, Carol Smith, Bob and Brenda Walker.
The family requests visitors use their discretion on wearing masks and practicing social distancing when visiting the funeral home.
