He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirt Ray and Bonnie Betty Ray; and his siblings, Louie (Evelyn), Paul (Mary), Joey (Frances), Pat (Jo Doris), Carlee Bostic (Joe) and Frankie Fletcher (Douglas).
He is survived by: his children, Regina Meena (Joel) of Cheyenne, Claudia Russell (Gerald) of Lander and Edward Ray (Leslie) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Tony, Eli Meena, Tucker, Aidan Russell, Dalton Ray and Faith Ray; and his great grandchild Johnny.
