He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Oakley and Lassie Parker; his children, Bobby Gerald Oakley, Terry Campbell Oakley, Cynthia Oakley Vantrease and Bobbi Jo Oakley Ezell; his grandson Jody Paris Vantrease; and his siblings, Alf, Frankie, George, Howard, Francis, Thomas and Clyde.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Paris Oakley.
