She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Perrigo and Elsie Mai Armistead Perrigo; her brothers, Thomas Edward Gibbs and Dewey Clyde Perrigo; and her stepsiblings, Thelma Perrigo Massey, J. D. Perrigo and James Haggard Perrigo.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hackett; her children, Michael Hackett (Vonda) and Michelle Young (Jerry); her grandchildren, Paige Young, Courtney Young, Criston Zeigler (Johnnie), Kaitlyn Letner (Nathan) and Isaiah Hackett; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Letner and Alexis Letner.
