Croft of Hot Springs, AR; her grandchildren, Jasmine and Jessie Forsithe; her parents, Sharon Lewis of Casper, WY and Billy Jim Newbolt (Brenda) of Lavaca, AR; and her siblings, Kara Slaten (Mark) of Wright, WY, Brandon Newbolt (Heather) of Lavaca, AR and Lisa Pack (Josh) of Mena, AR. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
