Keither Hood Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keither Hood of Goodspring, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hood and Frances Hood; his in-laws, Woodrow and Wilma Williams; his siblings, Dorothy Thomas (Bill), Devon Hood (Glenda) and Miles Hood; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Hood, Debbie Hood and Hite Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Hood of Goodspring, TN; his children, Kevin Hood (Chrissy) of Pulaski, TN, Kendall Hood (Jennifer) of Pulaski, TN and Melinda Chaney (Jeff) of Trenton, GA; his grandchildren, Alesis Wade (Cole), Aerial Elkins (Steven), Alaina Hood, Kolton Hood, Katelyn Hood, Krysten Hood, Halen Chaney, Rock Chaney and Axl Chaney; his foster son Jeff Gordon of Pulaski, TN; his siblings, Loyd Hood (Wynell) of Linden, TN, Wade Hood (Joyce) of Pulaski, TN, Stanley Hood of Ardmore, AL, Rickey Hood (Leslie) of Pulaski, TN, Myra Sutton (J. C.) of Leoma, TN, Brenda Brown of Decatur, AL and Martha Britton (Randy) of Pulaski, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Hood of Pulaski, TN, Joyce Swann of Pulaski, TN, Faye Appleton (Donnie) of Pulaski, TN, Winfield Williams and Tony Williams (Cindy). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
