He was predeceased by: Terry Bentley of Jonesboro, GA. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Quesenberry Howard; his parents, Guy C. and Martha M. Reep Howard, Sr.; his brother Gerald Howard; his daughters, Debra A. Stanchak (Joseph) of Lonoke, Barbara L. Brewer (Frank) of Kingsport, TN, Pamela S. Masterson (Jeff) of Kingsport, TN and Sandra L. Ellett (Mike) of Goodspring, TN; his sisters, Anne Bentley of Jonesboro, GA and Kathy Savadra of Hampton, VA; and also, Clay Donald Howard and Morris Howard. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 16 Great grandchildren.
