She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bobby" Roper and Mary "Annie" Hillhouse Roper; her husband Carl McMurray Taylor; and her brother William "Allen" Roper. She is survived by: her sons, Larry "Randy" Taylor of Ohio and Jack Wayne Taylor of Ohio. She is also survived by four grandsons and six great grandchildren.

Family request no flowers and memorials made to the Vacation Bible School Fund at Minor Hill First Baptist Church.
