He is survived by: his wife Ann Spicer; his children, Kathy Fugate (Larry), Anthony "Tony" Spicer, Kimberly "Badcat" Fugate (Les) and Steven Spicer (Jeannie); and his brothers, Harold Spicer and James Spicer (Toshi). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
