He is survived by: his wife Kathy Malugen; his son William Malugen, Jr.; his close friend Bill Deaver; his brothers, Ricky Malugen, Wilburn Malugen and Charles Taylor; his grandson Christopher Malugen; and his brother Horace Taylor. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
