He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Sarah E. McCormack; his son Van N.; his daughter-in-law Dawn McCormack of Portland, TN; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Scott Johnson of Goodlettsville, TN; his grandchildren, Trent, Katy McCormack, Cooper, Bryce and Tanner Johnson; his great grandchildren, Trace McCormack and Rylan Huntsman; and his sister Carolyn Tidwell.
