T, Meredith, Crain Downey, Melba Downey, Grace Holmes, Lela Gordon, Nell Henry and Ruby Barrett; his parents-in-law, Vernon Hayes and Nettie Mae Hayes; and his siblings-in-law, Marshall Hayes, Douglas Hayes, Gilbert Jenkins, Carlie Cook and Katie Dawson.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Downey; his siblings, Bobby Downey (Evelyn), Joy Jenkins, Ann Phillips, Wanda Mathis (Terry) and Patsy Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Moiser, Joyce Moiser, Ursula Hayes and Druscilla Hayes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
