She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Heggie, and Dorothy Heggie, Sr.; and her brother James Bailey Heggie. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Russell; her children, Tina Kemper Jr. (Don) and Kenneth Russell (Kristin); her grandsons, Tyler Kemper, Matthew Kemper and Evan Russell; and her siblings, Doris Weston, Linda Powell and Samuel Heggie Jr. (Sherry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
