He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Smith and Alice L. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cherrie Smith; his daughter Allyson Rose Lesmeister (Bernard); his grandchildren, Draven and Cashtian; his sisters, Rita Robinette (Russ), Tina Moore (Jim) and Cindy Smith; his nieces and nephews, Ben Moore (Katy), Joseph Moore, Cassy Moore and Rachel Ashworth (Morrel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josiah, Chloe, Mickey, River, Abel, Avery, Noah, Mark and Adina.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice of Nashville, Tennessee.
