He was predeceased by: his significant other Jeane Smiley Frizzell; his parents, Samuel Ray Frizzell, Sr. and Amy Frizzell; and his brother Dennis Frizzell. He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Smith (James) and Kayren Young; his granddaughters, Holly Hogan (Ron) and Jenny Rayburn (Walter); and his great grandchildren, Marley, Atticus Rayburn and Maeve Hogan.
