He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brinegar (Knight); his children, David (Heather), Tammy (late Donold) and Tresa (Ray); and his siblings, Donnie Brinegar (Rita) and Ann Plowman (Tracy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
