He was predeceased by: his son Judson; and his brothers, Michael and George. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his brother Robert Lancina (Lee) of Spring Hill; his children, Jeffrey Lancina (Tammy) of Bowling Green, Scott Holder (Mary) of Canton, Billy McIntosh of Nashville and Cyndi Adair (Tim) of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Joseph, Judson, Matt (Amanda), Aiden, Zoe and Katie; and his great grandchild Nova. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Roger has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Goodlettsville Church Legacy Fund or the Barton's Creek Cemetery Fund in his name.
