He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Warren and Catherine Laverne Hartsell. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Willie" Hartsell, Jr. (Mary), Melissa "Misty" Greer (Dennis), Emily Hartsell (Danny) and Kimberly Hartsell (T. J.); his sister Katherine Chumbley; his nephews, Thomas Chumbley (Kayla) and Bobby Chumbley; his uncle Joseph Greer (Virginia); and his father-in-law James Bolster. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
