He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his daughters, Holly Carlton (Sammy), Robin Milliken (Stephen) and Kristian "K. C." Kephart (Patrick Adams); his grandchildren, Evie Grace Adams, Dylan J. Kephart, Christopher J. Carlton, Trevor G. Carlton, Taylor Leigh Milliken, Hailey A. Milliken and Jesse R. Milliken; and his siblings, Barton Kephart, Rodney Kephart, Joseph Peters and Susan Kephart.
