He was predeceased by: his son Kypton L. Swift. He is survived by: his parents, Julia Swift of Pinehurst, NC and Lee Swift of Pinehurst, NC.; his wife Dawn M Swift (Siscel); his sons, Blake and Caleb; his brother William Swift (Caroline) of Atlanta, GA; his nephews, Henry and Rives; and his niece Evelyn.
