He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Leech and Mary McCord Leech; his daughter Mary Kimberly Leech; and his brother Jack Leech. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fesmire Leech; his daughter Michelle "Missy" Walker; his grandchildren, Kate Walker Compton (John) and Drew Walker; and his great grandchild Jack Compton.
His family has asked in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Madison Church of Christ Benevolent Center.
