He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Foster and Martha L. Foster; his brothers, Alton and Wayne Foster; his daughter Dianne Key; and his granddaughter Abby Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster; and his sons, Andy (Angie) and Matt Foster (Lisa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
