He was predeceased by: his son Scottie; and his parents, Clinton Buttrey and Sadie Adams Buttrey. He is survived by: his wife Joy Jones Buttrey; his children, Lisa, Brian and Trent; his stepgrandson Sebastian Roll; and his brother Wesley Buttrey. He is also survived by 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 3 step-daughters.
