It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Billy Kirby (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, B. R. "Pete" Kirby and Lola Lee Kirby; and his sister Linda Demonbreun. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; and his children, Melinda June Parton (Bobby), Leigh Ann Kirby and Billy Ray Kirby, Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
