It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Prentice Austin Mayes (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), born in Ridgetop, Tennessee, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin A. Mayes and Flora Belle Ellison Mayes; and his daughters, Crystal Belle Edison and Tiffany Faye Gammon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kuffman Mayes; his stepsons, Shane Ferguson (Tracey) and Scott Ferguson (Sherri); his daughter Bonnie Pendleton (James); and his sister Angela Wilson (Ken). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
