With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Polly L Hoffman (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on November 25, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Eugene; her son Perry Lee Hoffman; her grandson Phoenix Hoffman; and her brothers, John Hall and Joe Hall.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Light (Bob), Jeff Hoffman (Darlena), Darrin Hoffman (Laura) and Eric Hoffman (Ashley); her grandchildren, Daniel, Serena, Myanne, Nickolas, Kerry, Taylor, Sang, Jee Min, Cassandra and Maxwell; her great grandchild Raeleigh; and her brother Paul Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, may be made to Alive Hospice.
