She is survived by: her children, Kim Chastain (Mike) of Goodlettsville, Kyle Bradley (Bob Gager) of Nashville and Bobby Bradley, Jr. of Mt. Juliet; her grandchildren, Sean Chastain (Ashley) of Naples, April Bradley (John Buhrmann) of North Carolina and Jennifer Bradley of Knoxville, TN; her sister Gail Garrett of Goodlettsville; her niece Jenny Garrett Nicotera of Goodlettsville; her great grandchildren, Molly Chastain, Allie Chastain of Naples and Shea Emma Sinclair of Connecticut; and also, Dr. Federica Angel, Dr. Mohana Karleka, Dr. Natalie McCall and Dr. Elias Haddad.
