He is survived by: his wife Sarah Fitzgerald Binkley; his children, Sarah Vanessa Frazier (James) and Jonathan Paul Binkley (Amanda); his grandchildren, Makaylee, Jonah, Landon, Noah and Kingsleigh; and his sisters, Barbara Jones and Paulette Spencer (Charles).
