It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver Wendell Spivey (Goodlettsville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Oliver White. He is survived by: his parent Alma Spivey (Binkley); his daughters, Sandra L. Forte, Wendy C. Chandler and Kimberly Louallen; his grandchildren, Mandy, Beau, Trent, Whitney and Tyler; and also, Richard Binkley and Laverne Fisher.
