He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Buchanan Cummings and Noble Earl "Dubby" Cummings Jr.; his sister Mecca Cummings Burkhalter; and his brother-in-law James "J. D." White. He is survived by: his sister Minna Ware White (James); his children, Noble Earl Cummings IV and Tiffany Cummings Speshock (Stephen); his grandchildren, Abram Buchanan Speshock and Amelia Rose Speshock; and his former wife Sherry Fisher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, dear cousins and many friends.
