We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Mildred Louise Hamner of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Trimm and Ruby Pearl (Channell); her stepmother Mattie Lou Hamner (Capps); and her siblings, Vera Ann Akins (Hamner) and William Franklin Hamner.

She is survived by: her nephew Edward Brack Mitchell, Sr. (Candice L. McClure); and her grandsons, Eddie, Jr. (Nicole) and Brian James (Jessie).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dr. Mildred Hamner Endowed Fund at the UABSON.
